The carrier changed the price, so we were unable to process your order. Great expierience. Confused by the negative reviews, it was an excellent experience, cheaper then all of the other bookings and the online check in service was done well in advance. They supplied 4 tickets and removed 4 (connecting flights) from the booking and claimed it was complete. Not very lucky. Update: I eventually got a refund after 1.5 months. Original: I was told that I'll receive my boarding passes no later than 8 hours before my flight but that never happened and I had to manually check in. Then my flight got canceled, I've contacted lucky2go 5 days ago about a refund and got no reply.

I contacted Lucky2go 10 days ago via their online form and received an automatic email saying they would aim to get back to us within 24 hours.
